Please read these terms carefully before using SignalFlow. By creating an account, purchasing a license, downloading, or using the software, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree, do not create an account, do not purchase, and do not use the software.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and Wavve Labs ("Wavve Labs", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the SignalFlow software, website, and related services (together, the "Service").
You may use the Service only if you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence; (c) are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law or sanctions regime; and (d) agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What the Service is
SignalFlow is a trading automation tool. It parses messages from Telegram channels you subscribe to and executes trades on your MetaTrader 5 terminal according to parameters you configure. The Service consists of a Windows desktop application, a MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor, and this website for account and license management.
SignalFlow is a tool. It is not a financial advisor, broker, investment manager, or signal provider. We do not generate trading signals, and we do not guarantee any outcome from using the software.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information at signup and keep it current.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password safe, enable two-factor authentication, and never share your login.
- One person, one account. Do not create multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or pricing rules.
- If you discover unauthorized use of your account, notify us at wavve.labs@gmail.com immediately.
4. Your license to use SignalFlow
When you purchase SignalFlow, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the software for your own trading activity, subject to these Terms and the tier and capacity you purchased.
4.1 How the license is bound
Each license key activates a fixed number of MetaTrader 5 account "slots". When you link an MT5 account to a slot, that slot is permanently bound to that MT5 account number and broker. This binding cannot be reversed through the customer portal. Because the binding is permanent, the portal shows a confirmation prompt before linking — please double-check the account number and broker before confirming.
If you link the wrong MT5 account by genuine mistake, contact support within a reasonable time and we may, at our sole discretion, perform a one-time correction. We reserve the right to refuse re-link requests that appear repeated, abusive, or intended to circumvent the licensing model. The permanent binding is a core anti-piracy measure of the Service.
Each license supports up to five (5) MT5 slots in total — the slots included with your tier plus any addon slots you purchase. Once all five slots are used, further MT5 accounts require a new license.
4.2 What "lifetime" means
A "lifetime" license means a license valid for the operational lifetime of the SignalFlow product — that is, for as long as we continue to offer and support the product to the general public. It does not mean the lifetime of the user, and it does not oblige us to operate the Service indefinitely. If we ever retire the product, lifetime licenses end at that time. We will give at least 90 days' notice before any such retirement.
4.3 What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the software.
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or share your license key, account, or any part of the Service with a third party.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or licence notices.
- Use the Service to build a competing product.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the licensing system, rate limits, or access controls.
- Use the Service to engage in illegal activity, market manipulation, or fraud.
- Use the Service in violation of your broker's terms of service or your prop firm's rules.
Violating this section is grounds for immediate and permanent license revocation without refund.
5. Payment, pricing, and renewal
- Payment processor: Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the purchase you make.
- Prices: Prices are shown on the pricing page and are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and fees may be added at checkout.
- Annual licenses: Annual licenses grant access for 12 months from the activation date. They do not auto-renew. If you wish to continue after expiry you must purchase a renewal.
- Lifetime licenses: See Section 4.2.
- Price changes: We may change prices for new purchases at any time. Price changes do not affect licenses you have already paid for.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback instead of requesting a refund from us may result in immediate suspension of your account and any licenses issued to you, pending investigation.
6. Refund policy
All sales are final.
Because licenses are digital goods delivered immediately on purchase, we do not offer refunds or credits for change of mind, dissatisfaction with features, trading losses, or any reason other than those set out below.
6.1 Technical failure exception
If SignalFlow genuinely fails to install or run on a compatible Windows system, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of your first support request, we will refund your purchase in full. To qualify you must: (a) submit a support ticket within 14 days of purchase; (b) provide reasonable diagnostic information (system specs, error logs); and (c) cooperate with our support team's troubleshooting steps. Refusal to cooperate with support voids this exception.
6.2 Your local consumer rights
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or waived by agreement. If you believe you have such a right, contact us at wavve.labs@gmail.com and we will handle your request in good faith.
6.3 Reasons we will never refund
- Trading losses of any kind, including losses caused by signal providers, broker execution, slippage, or automation behaviour.
- Dissatisfaction with a signal provider whose messages you chose to copy.
- Changes to Telegram's API, MetaTrader 5, Windows, or third-party services that affect compatibility.
- Prop firm challenge failures or rule violations.
- Change of mind, no-longer-wanted, or buyer's remorse.
- License revocation due to violation of these Terms.
7. Trading risk — read this twice
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, commodities, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose all, and possibly more than, the money you deposit with your broker. Past performance of any signal provider is not a guarantee of future results.
SignalFlow is an execution tool that carries out instructions you configure. It does not advise you, does not generate signals, does not predict market movements, and does not manage your risk for you beyond the parameters you set. Every trade placed through SignalFlow is your trade, using your money, on your responsibility.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the signal providers you follow.
- You are solely responsible for the configuration you apply.
- You are solely responsible for your broker relationship and any rules your broker enforces.
- You are solely responsible for complying with your prop firm's rules, if any.
- You are solely responsible for the legality of trading in your country.
- You must only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
- SignalFlow is not, and does not purport to be, a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, or asset manager.
8. Third-party services you depend on
SignalFlow relies on third-party services that are outside our control. These include, without limitation: Telegram and its API, MetaQuotes and MetaTrader 5, your broker, your VPS provider, your internet connection, Microsoft Windows, Stripe, and our sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for outages, changes, deprecations, pricing changes, policy changes, or failures of those third-party services. If Telegram changes its API, if your broker changes its execution rules, if MetaTrader 5 releases a breaking update, or if your internet connection drops — any resulting issue is outside our control and is not grounds for a refund or damages.
9. Intellectual property
SignalFlow, the SignalFlow name, the Wavve Labs name, logos, software, documentation, and all related intellectual property are owned by Wavve Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a licence to use the software as described in Section 4. You do not receive any ownership rights.
Any feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or feature requests you send us become our property and may be used without restriction or compensation.
10. Service availability
We aim to keep the website and licensing service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service. We may take the Service offline for maintenance, updates, security patches, or reasons outside our control.
The Expert Advisor includes an 8-hour offline grace period so that short website or licensing-server outages do not interrupt your live trading. Extended outages remain outside our liability as set out in Section 12.
11. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation: warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful code. We do not warrant that any signal will be parsed correctly, any trade will be executed in time, any configuration will produce any particular outcome, or that the Service is suitable for any specific purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
(a) Wavve Labs, its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, trading capital, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
(b) Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service, whatever the cause of action, shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the amount you actually paid Wavve Labs for the Service in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim; or (ii) fifty United States dollars (USD 50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
13. Your indemnity to us
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wavve Labs, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, including your broker's or prop firm's rules; or (d) any trade placed using your account or license.
14. Termination
14.1 By you
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account from the customer portal. Deletion does not automatically refund any unused portion of a paid license.
14.2 By us
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your account and any licenses issued to you, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you: (a) have breached these Terms; (b) have engaged in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity; (c) have initiated a chargeback in place of a refund request; (d) have shared, sold, or sublicensed your license; (e) have attempted to circumvent our licensing system; or (f) have caused harm or risk of harm to us or other users.
14.3 Effect of termination
On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including: intellectual property, warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity, refund policy, and governing law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect, and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Service.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to your mandatory local consumer rights as set out in Section 6.2.
17. Dispute resolution
Before starting any legal action, please email us at wavve.labs@gmail.com and give us 30 days to resolve the matter in good faith. Most issues are resolved quickly by talking to us first.
18. Export and sanctions compliance
You represent that you are not located in, and you are not a national or resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive trade sanctions (for example, jurisdictions listed by the United Nations, United States, or European Union sanctions authorities); and that you are not on any list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree not to use or export the Service in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
19. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, labour disputes, internet or telecommunications failure, failure of third-party services, or any other cause outside our reasonable control.
20. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Wavve Labs regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreement.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in full force.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- No agency. Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Wavve Labs.
- Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
